• Daily management of production, adjustments and controls of laser robots
• Ensure compliance with organization and standards
• Follow production schedule and propose solutions to identified problems
• Effective transmission of information during shift handovers
• Participate in continuous improvement
• Identify problems and potential causes, propose solutions and improvements
• Contribute to the proper functioning of production installations through initiative and decision-making

• BTS in the industrial field
• Experience in managing manual and semi-automatic production installations
• Experience with CNC machines is preferred
• Methodical and diligent
• Respect for procedures and safety standards (SST training)
• Responsible and proactive

• Comfortable with IT tools
• Good communication and relational skills
• Ability to synthesize
