Responsabilités

  • Principal point de contact pour les clients
  • Réception des commandes par téléphone ou par e-mail et saisie précise dans SAP
  • Conseil et réponse aux questions des clients et recherche de solutions adaptées à leurs problèmes
  • Optimisation du carnet de commandes et de la planification
  • Mise à jour et maintenance rigoureuse des données de commande dans SAP

Exigences

  • Maîtrise parfaite du français et néerlandais (lu, écrit et oral)
  • Esprit tourné vers l'informatique et maîtrise de SAP
  • Orienté client, orienté service et bonnes compétences en communication
  • Gestion de plusieurs tâches à la fois et véritable résolveur de problèmes
  • Travail en équipe et flexibilité concernant les horaires de travail en journée (entre 6h30 et 18h00)
  • Précision, adaptabilité, réactivité et résistance au stress
