As part of our growth, we are looking for a versatile work-study student to assist with the company's administrative, HR, and office management functions. The position offers a broad overview of how a well-structured small-to-medium-sized enterprise operates, with direct exposure to the group's key challenges and regular communication with teams and management in France, Mauritius, and the United States. Outlook and Prospects: By the end of the work-study program, you will have gained a comprehensive and structured understanding of the administrative and HR operations of a growing consulting firm, along with skills that are immediately applicable in the workplace. We are looking for a work-study student whom we can help grow within the company. This work-study program is designed to be long-term and may naturally lead to an offer of a permanent contract upon completion.
Responsabilités
Administration, Payroll & Compliance: Liaison with the accountant (administrative and payroll support)
Collection and transmission of variable payroll data
Tracking absences, leave, and sick days
Expense Report Management and Tracking
Relations with social security agencies (URSSAF, health insurance, employee savings plan, etc.)
Link to our attorney for employment contract management
Billing & Administrative Follow-Up: Collection of Activity Reports (CRA)
Issuing and tracking customer invoices
Management of intercompany transactions within the group
Configuration and administration of the time tracking tool
Routine administrative follow-up, in coordination with the accountant
Creation of monthly monitoring reports (activity, billing, key performance indicators)
Human Resources: Onboarding new employees
Organization of semi-annual reviews (preparation and reports)
Identification of Training Needs and Planning
Support for day-to-day HR activities
Contributing to a positive work environment by listening to employees
Company Life & Cross-Functional Projects: Contributing to the organization of internal activities (planning social events, group activities, and serving in a role similar to that of a "happiness office")
Regular communication with the heads of the Mauritius and U.S. offices
Exigences
Education in human resources, management, administration, or small business management
