Responsabilités:

Administer the user part of the workstation
Deploy and maintain the user preference personalization and roaming system with Omnissa Dynamic Environment Manager
Deploy and maintain the Office suite, ensuring the coexistence of On-Premises and Cloud configurations
Collaborate with the packaging team to ensure proper application integration and configuration governance
Participate in workstation architecture evolutions in collaboration with other service teams
Manage level 3 incidents, handling internal escalations, following tickets to full resolution, and analyzing trends to identify and correct recurring problems
Continuously improve processes and documentation in collaboration with support teams
Respect administrative regulations, including accurate time and absence entry, and monitoring of mandatory training and technical changes

Exigences:

Mastery of deployment tools such as SCCM, AppVolumes, and Intunes
Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools like Wireshark and Procmon
Expertise in Windows environments (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, optimization)
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies, particularly VMware for VDI, and network infrastructures
Strong scripting skills with PowerShell
Use of versioning tools like git
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments
A developed service mindset
