Responsabilités

Supervise the execution of planned actions (system, backup) according to the operational plan
Manage incident and problem tickets via the ITSM tool, implementing remediation actions
Manage service and change requests, respecting defined SLAs
Ensure service continuity and guarantee the quality of services provided
Ensure compliance of systems and equipment with technical and security standards
Identify and escalate critical incidents to the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and the Information Systems Security Correspondent (CSSI)
