Description du poste:

Inetum is looking for a Network Administrator to join their team in Orléans. The role involves maintaining technical infrastructures, providing support for technical incidents, and participating in technical project architecture choices.

Responsabilités:

Administer and maintain technical infrastructures and work environments
Define and produce indicators, metrics, and dashboards
Create technical/procedural documentation for N1
Contribute to the integration of technical solutions compliant with architecture framework and production requirements
Provide N2/N3 support for technical incidents and manage escalation to experts for Network Datacenter infrastructures (switches and load-balancers) and user LAN, as well as WIFI infrastructures
Implement and troubleshoot LAN Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco equipment as well as Aruba WIFI
Participate in technical project architecture choices in partnership with expert teams
Contribute to the implementation of technical projects for the evolution of existing solutions or deployment in Production

Exigences:

Several years of experience as a Network Administrator in a large client environment
Experience in administering and maintaining technical infrastructures
Ability to define and produce indicators, metrics, and dashboards
Knowledge of LAN Alcatel-Lucent and Cisco equipment as well as Aruba WIFI
Experience in N2/N3 technical incident support and escalation management
Participation in technical project architecture choices
