Ivy Partners is a Swiss consulting firm that supports companies in their strategic, technological and organizational challenges. As a Specialist in IT & Digital Solutions at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for ensuring the monitoring, coordination, and support around IT and Business solutions, contributing to the administration, configuration and use of digital tools, supporting users in adopting new technological solutions, participating in access management and technical support, taking part in digitization projects, and facilitating communication between teams and external partners.

Responsabilités:

Ensure monitoring, coordination, and support around IT and Business solutions
Contribute to the administration, configuration and use of digital tools in a business context
Support users and teams in adopting new technological solutions
Participate in access management, configuration and technical support on the platforms used
Actively participate in digitization projects such as ordinary character processing (OCR), electronic invoicing systems, and automation
Facilitate inter-team communication as well as with external partners for better integration of solutions

Exigences:

Good mastery of Cloud environments and development tools such as Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps and GitHub
Experience with Microsoft Business solutions like Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Comfortable with digitization and automation processes like OCR and e-invoicing
Strong ability to manage access, configure and support applications or systems
Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, organization and prioritization skills
Autonomous, proactive, with a great capacity for learning and adaptation to a dynamic and multifaceted environment
Strong sense of service and ability to be pedagogical with users
