Admin Réseau / Support Technique Client N2

• Ensure the handling and resolution of level 2 and 3 network incidents in LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VoIP and IPTV environments
• Diagnose complex malfunctions and propose appropriate technical solutions using your network and security expertise
• Coordinate the various internal and external actors involved in client infrastructures to ensure smooth and effective handling
• Participate in managing change requests and changes while ensuring compliance with procedures and deliverable quality
• Contribute to the implementation of fixes and improvements within the framework of evolutionary and corrective maintenance
• Write incident reports and ensure rigorous follow-up of corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with expert engineering teams to handle complex cases and optimize support processes
• Ensure clear, educational and professional communication with clients and partners to guarantee their satisfaction
• Participate in on-call rotation and variable shift schedules to ensure continuous support coverage
• Ensure the updating of your technical knowledge and skill development to respond to technological evolutions.

You dispose of a DUT or professional license in Network Management and Telecommunications or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years of experience in network administration and support level 2/3 in a RUN/MCO context. Advanced expertise in LAN, WLAN, WAN, SD-WAN and associated protocols. Solid knowledge in network security. Skills in diagnosis and resolution of complex incidents. Mastery of Linux environments, particularly for administering routers and specific embedded systems. Proven experience in technical support management and operational maintenance (MCO). CCNA or CCNP certifications appreciated. Ability to work shifts and be on call. Good level of English, minimum B1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
