Exciting opportunity as a technical administrative assistant in claims, working in Laval. Join a dynamic team and play a key role in the success of an organization.

Responsabilités:

Execute claims processing efficiently
Transmit all information related to claims files to the various parties (clients and insurers)
Monitor claims files within the stipulated deadlines
Update the clients' claims platform
Prepare various reports and claims analyses as needed
Develop knowledge regarding the different types of insurance subscribed by clients
Any other related task directly related to the position

Exigences:

You hold relevant experience in a similar role
You wish to deepen your knowledge of various insurance products
You communicate easily in French and English (required)
You have good customer service skills
You master the tools of the Office suite
You master EXCEL at an intermediate to advanced level
You wish to pursue a career in the insurance field in Laval
