Description du poste:

Actuaire produit retraite sought for Allianz France's 'Assurance de Personnes' division to focus on retirement and employee savings. The role involves portfolio monitoring, product evolution, pricing, tool development, and client relations within a collaborative team focused on innovation and developing employee strengths.

Responsabilités:

Serve as an expert/reference on the individual and collective retirement market
Monitor the portfolio and its technical balances (+15B Euros commitments)
Report and present to major clients and partners
Enhance/launch products
Pricing and response to tenders
Develop tools for internal and external clients (including digital ones)
Provide technical support to distribution networks and customer service centers
Act as a key contact for certain partners and clients regarding corporate retirement accounts.

Exigences:

At least 5 years of experience in equivalent missions in the insurance sector (Retirement or Savings scope)
Open, attentive, and persuasive to use strong technical skills for business development
Dynamic, efficient, autonomous, adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills
Proficient in programming languages (SAS, VBA, Python, ...)
Fluent in English for global exchanges
Ability to use AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
