Description du poste:

You will drive the commercial and strategic development of a portfolio of accounts, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You act as the true conductor of the customer relationship, in coordination with internal teams (CSM, projects, finance, legal, etc.).

Responsabilités:

Identify and manage growth opportunities
Define specific action plans per account
Coordinate commercial activity with internal teams
Propose tailored solutions
Monitor market trends
Develop close relationships
Ensure financial follow-up of accounts
Manage contract evolutions, billing, credits
Ensure follow-up, renewal, and updating of contracts

Exigences:

Bac+5 formation
Proven experience in account management and client relations
Excellent listening and negotiation skills
Strong commercial sense and interpersonal skills
Ability to build lasting trust with clients
Results-oriented and enjoys challenges
Knowledge of the payments sector is a plus
