Responsabilités

  • Consolidate all cross-functional activities of the team (projects / Planning / Costs / Risks & Opps) per commodity
  • Set up and manage the governance as well as the calendar of the team's activities (Roadmap review, internal governance, Interaction SteerCo...)
  • Support the deployment of the team dashboard and drive the pace of activities
  • Occasionally perform governance implementation for new projects including: meeting structure, project tracking system including key performance indicators and action tracking
  • Participate in the development of the roadmap and the annual plan for the evolution of purchasing strategies
  • Contribute to sourcing activities, manage tenders and contract negotiations in order to obtain the best purchasing conditions in accordance with the Company's requirements
  • Monitor the contract (during the innovation, development, production and support phases) with suppliers and internal partners of the Company in order to ensure full application of the terms and conditions of the contract throughout its duration and guarantee that the deliverables provided by the service providers comply in all respects with the expected performance (logistics, support, quality, cost, etc.)
  • Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and ongoing projects to maximize customer value, while minimizing TCO (total cost of ownership) and risk
  • Lead one or more Sub-MFT and Participate in MFTs/MDTs (multi-functional/multi-divisional teams) throughout the tendering, negotiation and contract execution phases
  • Contribute to the implementation of digital solutions
  • Comply with Airbus procedural documents

Exigences

  • Experience in the field of supply, preferably several years in the aeronautical field
  • Effective contractual knowledge and international negotiator with proven commercial and contractual experience, as well as legal knowledge
  • Experience in supplier relationship management and procurement, or other equivalent experience in managing external stakeholders
  • An advanced level of English and a working knowledge of French are required
  • Solid relational skills and good management of stakeholders: listening, negotiation
  • Conflict management, communication and intercultural skills in an international context
  • Ability to be flexible, pragmatic and have an analytical work style while having good attention to detail
  • Good ability to work independently within international teams in a demanding and constantly changing environment
  • Languages: English and French (fluent)

  • Valider les commandes clients (Sales Orders) reçues via le système EDI et s’assurer de leur intégration correcte dans Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Vérifier la conformité des données de chaque commande : quantités, références produits, adresses de livraison, conditions et dates
  • Identifier et corriger les erreurs ou écarts entre les données EDI et les informations dans F&O
  • Signaler les anomalies récurrentes ou les problèmes d’intégration système au Chef, Service clientèle
  • Recevoir et saisir manuellement les commandes clients dans le système F&O, en assurant l’exactitude de toutes les informations entrées
  • Valider les informations clients (coordonnées, conditions de paiement, modalités de livraison) avant la création des commandes
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des commandes saisies manuellement jusqu’à leur confirmation et leur traitement complet
  • Répondre aux demandes d’information ou de clarification liées aux commandes en cours
  • Traiter les demandes de retour de marchandise (Return Merchandise Authorization — RMA) en validant leur admissibilité selon les politiques en vigueur
  • Créer et suivre les dossiers RMA dans le système, en s’assurant que chaque étape est documentée et complétée dans les délais
