About CrawlJobs

What is CrawlJobs.com?
CrawlJobs.com is a multilingual, AI-powered job board that automatically collects job listings directly from the career pages of registered employers. Instead of asking companies to repost every opening manually, our AI Crawler picks up new jobs from their own websites and publishes them on CrawlJobs in up to 21 languages.
How is CrawlJobs different from other job boards?
Most job boards require employers to duplicate every job posting on a separate platform. CrawlJobs removes that step: our AI Crawler reads a company's own careers page, so listings stay in sync with the source without manual work. Candidates get fresher, less-duplicated results, and employers get global exposure at a fraction of typical job-board pricing.
Who runs CrawlJobs.com?
CrawlJobs.com is operated by CrawlJobs Ltd, a UK-registered company (Company Registration Number 16092593) based at 158 Uxbridge Road, W13 8SB London, England. All services are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Which languages and countries does CrawlJobs cover?
CrawlJobs is available in 21 languages, including English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, Greek, Swedish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hindi, and Vietnamese. Each language version shows only the job offers published in that language, so results stay relevant to local job seekers. Jobs from any country can appear, depending on where registered employers are hiring.
Is CrawlJobs.com free to use?
CrawlJobs is free for job seekers. Browsing, searching, and applying never cost anything. Employers pay only for publishing and promoting their own listings through paid plans or individual job posts.

For Job Seekers

Do I need an account to browse jobs?
No. All job listings, employer pages, and salary information are publicly accessible without registration. Only employers need to create an account on CrawlJobs.
How do I apply for a job?
Each listing links directly to the original job posting on the employer's website, where you apply using their own process. CrawlJobs does not collect applications, resumes, or personal data from candidates.
How current are the job listings?
Most company websites are scanned by our AI Crawler once per day, and less frequently (as little as once per week) for companies that post rarely. When a job is removed from the employer's career page, it is also removed from CrawlJobs on the next scan. Always confirm the offer is still open on the employer's site before applying.
Why do some jobs only appear in one language?
Each language version of CrawlJobs shows only the jobs originally written in that language. For example, a German-language listing appears in the German version but not in the Polish one. If you want to see more offers, try switching to another language at the top of the page.
Does CrawlJobs store my CV or personal data?
No. CrawlJobs does not collect CVs, resumes, or any personal data from individual users. Our privacy policy only covers data provided by registered company representatives (company name, business email, job title).
How do I report an outdated or incorrect job listing?
Use the contact form at /contact and describe the issue along with a link to the affected listing. We review reports and update or remove listings as needed to keep the platform accurate.

For Employers

How do I post jobs on CrawlJobs.com?
Register a company account with your business email, then choose a plan. If your website has a careers page, our AI Crawler picks up jobs automatically. If you don't have a careers page, you can add job offers manually from your account dashboard.
What pricing plans do you offer?
We offer three subscription plans: Starter (30 days), Premium (90 days), and Pro (30 days), plus individual Custom Job Posts for companies that hire occasionally. See /payments for current pricing and the full feature comparison.
What's the difference between Starter, Premium, and Pro?
Starter is introductory and aimed at smaller employers (first 1,000 companies). Premium covers 90 days with up to 20 premium listings, 25 free refreshes, AI Crawler, profile customization, and highlighted placement. Pro (limited to the first 50 companies per language version) includes up to 40 premium listings, 50 refreshes, one Enhanced Job Listing per month, and Featured Employer Status with a homepage link to your company profile.
Can I post jobs if my company doesn't have a careers page?
Yes. Use the Custom Job Posts option to manually enter job details. No website or careers section is required. Packages of 1, 5, or 10 posts are available for different hiring volumes.
How long does a job listing stay active?
Within the Pro plan, listings remain visible for 3 months with the option to refresh each one directly from the dashboard. Other posting durations (30 or 60 days) apply to individual job posts and refresh packages. A job is automatically removed earlier if it is no longer present on your website when the AI Crawler re-scans.
What are listing refreshes?
A refresh pushes a job offer back to the top of the list, increasing visibility for new candidates. Refresh packages are included in Premium and Pro plans, and can also be purchased separately for targeted campaigns.
What is Featured Employer status?
Featured Employer Status is a Pro plan benefit that adds a link to your company profile on the CrawlJobs homepage, increasing brand visibility alongside your job listings.
Do premium listings appear on other companies' pages?
Yes. Premium listings rank above free listings across the site and also appear on other companies' job posting pages, expanding reach beyond your own company profile.

AI Crawler (Technical)

How does the AI Crawler work?
The AI Crawler visits the careers page you provide during registration, reads published job offers, extracts structured details (title, location, requirements, salary when available), and publishes them on CrawlJobs. You don't upload anything. The crawler reads directly from your public website.
How often does the crawler scan my website?
Typically once per day. Companies that publish jobs infrequently may be scanned as rarely as once per week to reduce load on their servers.
Why wasn't my job picked up by the crawler?
Common reasons: the page uses client-side rendering, the job isn't linked from the main careers page, authentication is required, or the scan hasn't happened yet. Report missing jobs via the contact form and we'll investigate and improve the model.
Can I review or correct what the crawler indexed?
Yes. From your dashboard you can review indexed listings, correct any inaccuracies, and report issues. Corrections help us improve the AI model over time.
Does CrawlJobs guarantee the accuracy of crawled listings?
No. Due to technical limitations of automated extraction, some details may be incomplete or delayed. Employers are responsible for verifying their listings, and candidates should confirm details with the hiring company before making decisions.

Who can register a company account?
Only company representatives and institutional employees can register. Registration requires a company name and a business email address. Personal or free-mail accounts used without a company context may be rejected.

Safety & Support

I received an SMS, a phone call, or an email claiming to be from CrawlJobs. Is it real?
No, it's a scam. CrawlJobs does not send SMS messages, make phone calls, or send unsolicited emails to job seekers. Do not click links, share personal data, or make payments. Report the incident to us via the contact form and to your local authorities.
Does CrawlJobs ever ask candidates to pay for a job application?
Never. Applying to any job listed on CrawlJobs is free. If anyone claiming to represent CrawlJobs or an employer on CrawlJobs asks you to pay a fee, it's fraud.
How do I contact CrawlJobs support?
Use the contact form at /contact for general questions, or email privacy@crawljobs.com for data-protection matters. Working hours are Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM GMT (London time).
I think my job listing was indexed from my site but the details are wrong. What do I do?
