Under direct supervision, the Administrative Technician provides administrative and accounts receivable support to the branch.
Responsabilidades:
Respond to all incoming calls professionally, direct all calls, and take accurate messages
Receive and assist all people who visit the branch professionally and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person
Sort, distribute, and send incoming and outgoing mail, as well as faxes
Provide administrative support to sales associates and management team members, including filing documents, data entry, and preparing routine reports to identify open orders that need to be expedited
Prepare cash sales deposit according to company policy
Manage customer billing
Resolve overdue invoices and customer claims in a timely manner, including proactive identification of account problems
May handle customer returns
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree required
Bilingual: Spanish/English
Intermediate/advanced English level (ability to communicate fluently in technical conversations)
Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Must be a reliable, organized person with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize concurrent demands to meet deadlines
High skill in using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
