Como Technical Sales Manager, gestionarás ofertas comerciales, negociando precios y condiciones con el respaldo del Responsable Regional. Estarás en contacto continuo con clientes y con equipos de soporte en la filial ibérica y la sede central, colaborando con operaciones, marketing y tecnología para ofrecer soluciones óptimas en cada proyecto. Reportarás directamente al Gerente Regional Iberia.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable del desarrollo del mercado español
  • Identificar y establecer relaciones con contactos clave, incluyendo entre otros: arquitectos, consultores acústicos, cadenas de gimnasios y contratistas
  • Identificar oportunidades y ganar nuevos proyectos en los mercados de suelos flotantes, gimnasios, techos aislados acústicamente y construcción en madera
  • Asumir el rol de asesor de confianza: apoyándose en su red de contactos para identificar oportunidades de negocio lo antes posible en el proceso de diseño
  • Analizar las necesidades de los clientes y del equipo de diseño del proyecto, y comercializar los productos y soluciones adecuados
  • Redactar propuestas y ofertas para su aprobación por parte del Gerente Regional Iberia
  • Preparar y finalizar ventas, asegurando la rentabilidad
  • Asistir al equipo de entrega de proyectos para garantizar una transición exitosa tras adjudicación de cada proyecto
  • Participar en ferias comerciales y eventos de networking relacionados con nuestro sector de negocio

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en ventas y prescripción de soluciones técnicas en aislamiento acústico (mín. 5 años)
  • Habilidad para gestionar relaciones con clientes y socios
  • Conocimiento del sector de la construcción
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
  • Buen manejo de tareas administrativas y back-office
  • Ética profesional, visión comercial y rigor organizativo
