Responsabilidades

Leads the elicitation, definition, and documentation of complex functional and non-functional requirements
Expertly crafts User Stories, Epics, and Features, ensuring they meet INVEST principles and include clear Acceptance Criteria
Collaborates with technical staff to develop solution alternatives, data models, and detailed use cases
Provides strategic advice for digital business processes, acting as a consultant for stakeholders
Actively manages and refines the Product Backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and Dev teams
Contributes to the creation of project deliverables (charters, CBA, risk plans) and ensures system changes are communicated effectively
Identifies and resolves complex roadblocks, ensuring the "Definition of Ready" is met for development
Performs advanced Root-Cause Analysis using SQL queries and system logs to identify and resolve complex system problems
Supports implementation activities and maintains system support tables, ensuring data integrity and process flow
Supports testing activities by validating business scenarios and ensuring test plans align with both functional and non-functional requirements
