En Vodafone buscamos un/a Customer Experience Specialist para unirse al equipo de Customer Operations & CX, con el reto de convertir los datos en una comprensión real de la voz del cliente. Tu misión será construir una visión completa y conectada del cliente, identificando y analizando la información clave que refleja su experiencia a lo largo de todo el ciclo de vida. Trabajarás de forma transversal con equipos de negocio, operaciones y tecnología para transformar los datos en insights accionables, impulsando proyectos que mejoren la experiencia, optimicen los procesos y generen un impacto tangible en la satisfacción y la fidelización de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Mapear y consolidar las fuentes de información clave para entender la experiencia del cliente a lo largo de todo su ciclo de vida
  • Diseñar y mantener modelos y estructuras de datos que permitan un análisis integral del customer journey
  • Colaborar con las áreas de negocio, operaciones y tecnología para transformar los hallazgos en acciones concretas
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora de la operativa a partir del análisis de datos
  • Desarrollar dashboards e informes que faciliten la toma de decisiones basada en datos
  • Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de la información que será utilizada por el resto de equipos de departamento

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería, Ciencia / Análisis de Datos o áreas afines
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles de análisis o ingeniería de datos, idealmente en entornos con alto volumen de clientes
  • Experiencia en modelado y consulta de datos mediante SQL, en entornos de Big Data (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Synapse, etc.)
  • Conocimientos prácticos de procesos ETL y orquestación de flujos de datos (Python, Airflow o herramientas similares)
  • Experiencia en visualización y comunicación de datos (Power BI, Looker o equivalente)
  • Capacidad para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones analíticas
  • Mentalidad crítica, orientación a resultados y curiosidad por entender el negocio y los procesos involucrados
