Responsabilidades:

  • Ser la cara visible de nuestro restaurante, el impulsor de nuestra filosofía y el mejor anfitrión para nuestros invitados
  • Liderar y organizar al equipo durante el turno para ofrecer un servicio excelente
  • Planificar el día a día del restaurante logrando un gran ambiente de trabajo, sin olvidar la rentabilidad del negocio

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como responsable de turno o encargado/a interviniendo en la gestión integral del restaurante (sala, cocina, producto, personal, ventas, resultados financieros)
  • Posibilidad de cambiar de restaurante dentro de la misma localidad
