Como Service Project Manager, darás soporte al departamento de ventas de Medline mediante el diseño, la oferta y la implementación de servicios de valor añadido que complementen el porfolio de productos de Medline. El objetivo es liberar a los proveedores de atención sanitaria (hospitales) de tareas administrativas manuales, permitiéndoles centrarse en mejorar el cuidado del paciente, además de apoyar a Medline en el cumplimiento de sus objetivos comerciales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollo de servicios de valor añadido para clientes potenciales y existentes de Medline
  • Apoyar al equipo de ventas en la promoción de soluciones de servicio a través de reuniones con clientes
  • Realizar presentaciones a clientes y preparar documentación para licitaciones públicas
  • Comunicación: colaboración continua interna con todos los departamentos involucrados
  • Proveedores: trabajar estrechamente con los proveedores de servicios de Medline para evaluar la calidad y el coste del servicio ofrecido
  • Optimización de costes: realizar un seguimiento continuo de los costes asociados a los servicios de valor añadido
  • Pricing: determinar los costes y la propuesta de precios adecuada para los servicios de valor añadido
  • Diseño e implementación de los servicios ofrecidos, incluyendo la coordinación in situ y el desarrollo de materiales de marketing
  • Desarrollo de servicios: identificar tendencias del mercado y oportunidades de negocio
  • Negociación y colaboración con proveedores para desarrollar servicios a clientes al mejor coste y rendimiento
  • Identificar y transferir las mejores prácticas existentes en el sector y entre partners internacionales
  • Estandarizar los servicios para mejorar su comercialización e implementación

Requisitos:

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática y/o Máster en Logística
  • Idiomas: imprescindible español e inglés
  • Perfil analítico, proactivo, organizado y orientado a objetivos
  • Mentalidad abierta y buenas habilidades de comunicación
  • Capacidad para sintetizar y presentar resultados de forma clara, directa y concisa
  • Liderazgo transversal: capacidad para liderar proyectos complejos y motivar a compañeros de otras áreas
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente
  • Dominio de herramientas de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)
  • Disponibilidad para viajar entre un 40% y un 60% del tiempo dentro de España y Portugal

  • Lead shutdown planning and execution, inclusive of shutdown and start up activities

  • Heavy focus on reliability of plant and equipment, working relentlessly to ensure that plant availability & OEE metrics are continuously improved
  • To deliver best in class equipment availability and reliability through reactive, preventative and predictive maintence techniques
  • To plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance and repair of all facilities and equipment within the Compounding Unit
  • To develop and implement Preventative Maintenance procedures & schedules
  • Active member of the Perfect Equipment Steering Committee
  • Provide a standardised Perfect Equipment system across the Compounding Unit
