El Server and Cloud Infrastructure Specialist es responsable de operar, diseñar y optimizar los servicios globales de infraestructura de servidores y nube de SIG, asegurando disponibilidad, seguridad y eficiencia. Este rol incluye soporte técnico de segundo y tercer nivel, implementación de proyectos, automatización de procesos y cumplimiento de políticas de seguridad, contribuyendo a la estrategia de transformación digital de la compañía.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar operaciones y soporte técnico 24/7 para infraestructura global de servidores y nube, siguiendo procesos ITSM.
  • Diseñar, implementar y optimizar servicios de infraestructura en alineación con la arquitectura empresarial.
  • Resolver incidentes y solicitudes de servicio globales cumpliendo KPIs definidos.
  • Monitorear, estandarizar y mejorar continuamente la infraestructura mediante automatización y scripting.
  • Garantizar la seguridad de los servicios siguiendo políticas y lineamientos de SIG.
  • Participar en proyectos estratégicos que soporten la transformación digital.

Requisitos:

  • Ingles avanzado (Indispensable)
  • Experiencia en administración de servidores y nube.
  • Conocimiento en Servidores físicos (Lenovo, HP, Dell), Windows Server, SCCM, SCOM, antivirus, backup (Veeam, Veritas), scripting PowerShell.
  • Experiencia avanzada con Microsoft Sentinel y Defender XDR
  • 6–10 de experiencia en el área.
  • Licenciatura en áreas relacionadas con Sistemas Computacionales, Informática, Software, etc.
  • Manejo intermedio de servicios Microsoft Azure IaaS/PaaS, Linux.
