Serveo is seeking a Senior Industrial Manager CPD for its team in Miranda de Ebro, Burgos to manage operations in a Data Center. The role involves planning services, leading a team, developing client relationships, organizing interventions in critical environments, and monitoring project KPIs and SLAs. Responsabilidades:

  • Plan the service to provide excellent response to clients, organizing resources efficiently and proposing improvements
  • Lead a team of 22 people, assigning tasks and managing recruitment and training of new members
  • Foster a positive and efficient labor relationship framework with the employee representatives
  • Act as strategic partners to clients, maintaining smooth communication to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other internal company areas to develop new business opportunities
  • Execute and manage procedures in the Data Center, prepare reports, escalate issues, and handle urgent critical calls
  • Organize interventions within critical environments
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs with the client and prepare project dashboards.

Requisitos:

  • Engineering Degree: Technical or Superior Industrial Engineering
  • Knowledge or certifications related to Data Center: AOS, ATS, ATD by Uptime Institute, ITIL or similar
  • Other certified Data Center training (operations, energy, cooling, etc.)
  • Certifications or experience in Lean Methodology (5S, SMED, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Training in leadership or team management
  • Native level of Spanish
  • High level of English
  • Familiarity with GMAO/CMMS
  • Power BI skills
  • Certifications or training in technical skills
  • Autocad familiarity
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable experience in industrial contracts management, Data Center management, pharmaceutical environment, critical operations, or similar.

  • Autocad familiarity.

  • Establish and maintain project governance, standards, methodologies
  • Ensure project status and relevant decisions within the project are communicated to all team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure standardized templates, tools, and systems, that are effective and continuously maintained together with the PM & PMO community in CP
  • Coordinate and manage local projects
  • Monitor and manage resources and budgets across portfolio
  • Responsible for reporting status, KPIs, risks, and issues to the Head of Project Office and the Steering Committee
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on portfolio performance, risks, and benefits realization
  • Regular engagement of key stakeholders to align on expectations and needs
