Senior Buyer

• Managing and coordinating the procurement process based on company production needs and demand planning
• Negotiating commercial and supply conditions with existing and potential suppliers
• Identifying, scouting and qualifying new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with current partners
• Monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with quality and company standards
• Visiting suppliers to verify capabilities, production standards and quality compliance
• Collaborating closely with internal departments such as Production, Planning, Quality and Finance to ensure supply chain continuity and efficiency
• Monitoring purchasing budgets and analyzing cost variations to ensure competitiveness of the final product
• Identifying opportunities to optimize procurement costs and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably within cosmetics, packaging, chemical or manufacturing industries
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience working with international suppliers and managing sourcing processes
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Fluent Italian and English are required
• Availability to travel frequently
