Allianz Technology is seeking a dedicated Security Assurance Team Lead to manage a team of Security Officers and Analysts. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our services and systems adhere to security policies and best practices, safeguarding them against vulnerabilities and failures. You will be instrumental in promoting a culture of accountability and resilience across our global IT landscape.

Responsabilidades:

  • Evaluate compliance against IT security policies, functional rules & controls
  • Identifies security risks and exposures, develops mitigation strategies to prevent future incidents and improve security
  • Ensure assurance efforts conform with control requirements across the technology stack
  • Ensure control assurance activities are delivered accurately and timely
  • Regular reporting on control assurance activities
  • Promote a culture of accountability and ownership for implementation and execution of controls across all levels and functions
  • Maintain records and evidence of control assurance activities completed

Requisitos:

  • Previous experience creating and/or performing review and gap analysis of information security policies and standards against cybersecurity frameworks
  • Detailed understanding of information security and risk frameworks/standards (ISO 27001/2, NIST, PCI-DSS, COBIT, etc.)
  • Higher education degree in IT or comparable technical education
  • recognized Information Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO27001 Lead Auditor preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • experience presenting across various levels within the business up to senior leadership
  • Proven analytical, audit, and investigative skills
  • strong judgment and reasoning ability
  • Project management and reporting experience
  • ability to operate in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Minimum of 5 years of Information Security experience related to risk management, controls assurance, and compliance programs
  • experience with internal controls, risk assessments, business processes, and internal IT control testing or operational auditing
