Revenue Manager. Desarollar y monitorear estrategias de precios, a través de una visión integral del mercado, los segmentos y los canales de distribución, con el objetivo de optimizar los resultados de la organización. Lo que hará: Monitorear la estrategia de precios implementada, realizando ajustes según el análisis de resultados y coordinando su implementación, con la finalidad de lograr los objetivos económicos. Liderar e inspirar al equipo a cargo generando un clima que fortalezca los conocimientos, estableciendo la visión estratégica del área, a través de la retroalimentación constante, administración de cargas de trabajo y el cumplimiento de las recomendaciones de comunicación con los equipos, con el objetivo de lograr el mejor desempeño de sus colaboradores. Capacitar y desarrollar una cultura de Revenue en la organización, generando contenidos técnicos sobre tarifas, segmentación y sistemas, con la finalidad de proveer a los equipos responsables de las herramientas necesarias para su gestión. Realizar procesos de forecast para Hoteles bajo su responsabilidad, generando una previsión de ventas, con la finalidad de reportar y facilitar el control y toma de decisiones sobre los resultados económicos de los hoteles. Supervisar y coordinar el establecimiento del proceso de budget de los Hoteles, para asegurar la planificación del presupuesto. Presentar y justificar los resultados ante directorios y áreas involucradas, con la finalidad de obtener conclusiones que permitan corregir estimaciones e implementar estrategias futuras.

Responsabilidades:

  • Monitorear la estrategia de precios implementada, realizando ajustes según el análisis de resultados y coordinando su implementación
  • Liderar e inspirar al equipo a cargo generando un clima que fortalezca los conocimientos
  • Capacitar y desarrollar una cultura de Revenue en la organización
  • Realizar procesos de forecast para Hoteles bajo su responsabilidad
  • Supervisar y coordinar el establecimiento del proceso de budget de los Hoteles
  • Presentar y justificar los resultados ante directorios y áreas involucradas

Requisitos:

  • Al menos 03 año de experiencia en Revenue Management o Reservas
  • Excel nivel avanzado
  • Inglés nivel avanzado
  • Formación en turismo, hotelería o afines
