Actualmente, estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Retention Operations Specialist altamente talentoso y apasionado por la tecnología para unirse a esta emocionante misión. Harás parte de un equipo de alto rendimiento que centraliza y provee la información base para la toma decisiones de la compañía y está apasionado por optimizar los procesos que permitirán alcanzar sus objetivos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Colaborar en el análisis y la definición de estrategias comerciales, de servicio y engagement, analizando e identificando posibles riesgos y oportunidades para la consecución de objetivos de retención y satisfacción de los objetivos de la compañía.
  • Garantizar la consolidación, calidad y disponibilidad de las fuentes de datos utilizadas para la toma de decisiones de los equipos de customer success.
  • Soporte y guía a los diferentes equipos en la ejecución de procesos definidos.
  • Medición de los diferentes procesos a través de KPIs y OKRs que permitan controlar y analizar el desempeño y evaluar mejoras en el área.
  • Creación de reportes para el seguimiento de los diferentes stakeholders en relación a las métricas relevantes para su área.
  • Colaborar en la definición y control de procesos comerciales y buenas prácticas para la operación incluyendo la operación comercial, de servicio y de conocimiento de producto de los equipos de customer success.
  • Planeación y ejecución de modelos de compensación variable de las áreas de negocio de la compañía.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en carreras Administrativas, Ingeniería Industrial, economía o relacionados (No excluyente)
  • Experiencia de 3 años en roles similares
  • Conocimientos en Python, SQL, Power BI o Data Studio y Excel avanzado.
  • Experiencia en AWS o Bigquery

Deseable:

Deseable uso de CRM Hubspot (ideal) o Salesforce
