Guest Experience Specialists take initiative to deliver services beyond traditional front desk duties with a 'guest first' mindset, empowered to move about their space to ensure transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsabilidades:

Giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out
Building memorable and unique guest experiences
Delivering a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Taking ownership of the guest experience in main hotel areas
Processing operational needs
Addressing guest requests
Completing reports
Delivering quality meals
Sharing highlights of the local area

Requisitos:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
