Drive the successful local deployment of the BTTF defined core model (processes, tools, standards), ensuring coordination between local teams and central project governance. Be the operational engine of the local deployment, including supporting all the post go-live hyper care activities.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate and structure the local deployment workstream (project plan, deliverables, timeline)
Animate and support local BPOs and Key Users to ensure delivery of required inputs (e.g. data, testing, validation)
Track and report progress, issues, and risks to central team
Act as the single point of contact between local team and central BTTF team
Ensure alignment with core model principles and deployment methodology
Facilitate local workshops, training sessions, and change activities
Escalate roadblocks and ensure resolution in a timely manner

Requisitos

Proven experience in project coordination or local transformation initiatives
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to mobilize teams without hierarchical authority
Structured and hands-on: can plan, track, follow up, and push for delivery
Comfortable interacting with both local operational teams and central program leads
Fluent in local language and English
ERP or systems deployment experience needed

Deseable

Knowledge of supply chain, finance, or commercial processes is a plus
Technical ERP or another systems knowledge is a plus
Previous experience with SAP S4/HANA, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, or any other major ERP will be strongly considered
