El rol de process engineer es clave para el desarrollo de UMS en la fábrica, su objetivo principal es alcanzar el Zero waste, zero defects y zero losses. Aplicará en amplio espectro los métodos y herramientas correspondientes a calidad y mejora contínua de procesos, así como también identificará pérdidas y mejoras en todas las áreas de la fábrica (Safety, Calidad, Cost Deployment pillar, Customer service y Logistica). Deberá trabajar directamente con las líneas de producción y también tendrá un rol de Entrenador técnico para identificación de oportunidades de mejora, root cause analysis y el establecimiento de contra medidas. Es responsable por la validación de todos los procesos de mejora y el establecimiento de condiciones básicas en cada línea, uno de sus entregables es eliminar las pérdidas, incrementar la estabilidad de la línea y soportar la transición de líneas tradicionales a equipos semi- autónomos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Revisar constantemente la tecnología que usa la categoría para producir y definir mejoras constantes en cada línea
  • Construir relaciones de clase mundial que permita eliminar pérdidas y asegurar que no pasemos costos de ineficiencias a nuestros clientes y consumidores
  • Proveer información real y en tiempo para la toma de decisiones ágiles
  • Soportar a los equipos para convertirnos en una planta cada vez más autónoma, es necesario construir equipos y tener la habilidad de enseñar a otros nuevas herramientas y tecnologías y asegurar la alineación de información y conocimiento de los equipos
  • Aplicar conocimientos de ingeniería técnicos para resolver problemas de manera práctica y ágil
  • Aplicar todas las herramientas y métodos alineados con UMS para identificar causas de pérdidas, definir contramedidas, y validar efectividad de las mismas (R2S, SMED, CENTERLINES, SPC)
  • Indentificar, replicar y extender buenas prácticas de manufactura a otras líneas según los estándares globales
  • Es responsabilidad de los líderes identificar los riesgos presentes en sus áreas, priorizarlos adecuadamente y establecer los controles y defensas necesarios para su mitigación. Deben asegurar el levantamiento y cierre oportuno de tarjetas de condiciones inseguras, así como liderar las investigaciones de incidentes en los que esté involucrado su personal. Además, es esencial que gestionen adecuadamente los cambios (MOC) relacionados con proyectos de ingeniería o iniciativas Kaizen, y que cierren en tiempo y forma las acciones derivadas de investigaciones de accidentes, auditorías MOCS. Finalmente, tienen la obligación de detener de inmediato cualquier operación en la que su personal esté expuesto a un riesgo no controlado, priorizando siempre la seguridad

  • Ingeniería (Industrial, Química, Mecánica, Eléctrica)
  • Deseable certificaciones Six Sigma, Pmo, Lean Manufacturing
  • Ingles Intermedio Avanzado
  • Conocimientos: Manejo de SAP, Plan maestro de la producción, Manejo de órdenes de producción, Optimización de costo, reducción de mermas y desperdicios
