Tenemos una nueva oportunidad para vos! Buscamos Performance Manager para sumarse al equipo de PeYa Markets en Argentina!

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y alinear el equipo de Performance según el crecimiento del negocio
  • Liderazgo y Gestión de Equipo de Data: Liderar y empoderar directamente a un equipo de tres especialistas en Data, fomentando un sentido de pertenencia y diversidad, mientras aseguras su desarrollo profesional y alineación con las metas de la gerencia
  • Estrategia de Monitoreo de KPIs: Definir y supervisar la estructura de seguimiento de los indicadores clave del negocio (Ventas, Margen, Rentabilidad, CAC, LTV), asegurando una mirada integral de la performance del retail
  • Optimización de la Rentabilidad: Analizar proactivamente las desviaciones en los márgenes y la rentabilidad, liderando la identificación de causas raíz y proponiendo planes de acción inmediatos para corregir el rumbo del negocio
  • Análisis del Ecosistema de Usuarios: Dirigir el análisis de comportamiento de usuarios y métricas de crecimiento, transformando datos complejos en insights que permitan mejorar la retención y la conversión
  • Implementación de Soluciones de Datos: Supervisar el diseño y mantenimiento de herramientas estratégicas y dashboards de visualización, garantizando que los líderes de otras áreas cuenten con información precisa y oportuna para decidir
  • Construcción de Alianzas Interdepartamentales: Actuar como el principal nexo entre el equipo de datos y las áreas comerciales y de operaciones, construyendo alianzas estratégicas para asegurar que la lectura de la performance sea compartida por toda la organización
  • Gestión Basada en Mejora Continua: Desafiar constantemente los procesos de análisis actuales, incorporando nuevas tecnologías o metodologías de ciencia de datos que permitan entregar experiencias de análisis más simples y potentes
  • Comunicación Estratégica de Resultados: Desarrollar presentaciones y reportes de alto nivel que mantengan a la dirección informada y alineada, traduciendo la complejidad técnica de la data en una narrativa clara sobre el estado y futuro del negocio

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia en Liderazgo: Mínimo de 3 a 5 años liderando equipos relacionados a Data, Business Intelligence o Performance, con foco demostrado en el desarrollo de talento
  • Formación Académica: Graduado en Ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines con un fuerte componente analítico
  • Dominio de Métricas de Negocio (Retail/E-commerce): Experiencia sólida gestionando y optimizando KPIs financieros y operativos: CAC, LTV, ROAS, Margen y Rentabilidad
  • Herramientas de Visualización: Experiencia en la implementación de tableros de control en Power BI, Tableau o Microstrategy
  • Análisis Financiero: Capacidad para el armado de Business Cases, proyecciones financieras y análisis de desvíos (P&L)
  • Mentalidad de Negocio: Capacidad de traducir datos complejos en una narrativa estratégica para niveles C-Level o Directorio
  • Nivel sólido de inglés

Deseable:

  • Se valora experiencia en posiciones similares o en consultoría estratégica
  • Se valora experiencia en retail o empresas de consumo masivo
