Nuestro cliente, una importante empresa del rubro de logística, incorporará un OFFICE PROFESSIONAL (TEMPORAL) a su equipo de trabajo, quien será el responsable de asegurar la fluidez de las operaciones administrativas. El objetivo del puesto es garantizar el soporte operativo y el cumplimiento normativo.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión de Viajes y Visitas: Coordinación de reservas de alojamiento, traslados y compra/control de pasajes aéreos
  • Eventos y Recepción: Organización integral de eventos corporativos. Recepción de visitas, preparación de kits de EPP y gestión de acceso
  • Compras y Suministros: Gestión de insumos de librería, cafetería, mantenimiento de oficinas y servicios de imprenta
  • Gestión Contable: Imputación y control de facturas, seguimiento de cuentas corrientes, gestión de caja chica y reembolsos de gastos de empleados
  • Soporte Operativo: Carga de viandas en sistema, gestión de mensajería y trámites, y control de pedidos de mantenimiento edilicio
  • Asistencia a Gerencia: Manejo de agenda, elaboración de informes, presentaciones para reuniones y seguimiento de requerimientos para nuevas oficinas

Requisitos:

  • Graduado/a de las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Comercio Exterior, Logística o afines
  • Dominio de Inglés (nivel intermedio)
  • Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel para informes y PowerPoint para presentaciones)
  • Alta capacidad de organización y multitarea
  • Proactividad y atención al detalle
  • Excelentes relaciones interpersonales
