Mobile Insurance Specialist role promoting HSBC insurance solutions to match customer wealth needs with focus on Premier segment clients who don't visit branches often, using analytical and marketing program-driven sales leads through outreach, mobile, and tablet-enabled sales model.

Responsabilidades:

Promote HSBC insurance solutions to match customer's wealth needs (Savings, Retirement and Investment)
Increase insurance penetration through Premier segment
Focus on clients that don't visit branches often
Work with analytical and marketing program-driven sales leads and RM Referrals
Deliver customer needs through outreach, mobile, and tablet-enabled sales model
Identify and capture insurance business opportunities
Maintain high submitted-to-issued ratio
Provide specialist advice on appropriate insurance solutions
Establish effective working relationships with other teams
Drive multiple-need fulfilment for existing NRC Insurance ETB customers
Build and maintain positive team culture
Support referrals to the branch
Manage individual insurance portfolio

Requisitos:

Strong client skills with the ability to deliver a strong client experience and provide needs-based solutions
Deep knowledge of specific complex financial solutions and products including the knowledge of financial markets, socio-economic dynamics, and regulatory requirement relevant to the products
Extensive external market awareness of market conditions, new product solutions, and an understanding of current financial market activities
Demonstrated ability and experience to correctly identify client needs
Solid skills to manage consultative sales process
Team player with collaborative skills
