Dar atención de calidad en el área de salud y educar y formar en el área preventiva a todo el personal de la Planta Lasso, manteniendo el historial clínico personalizado, correctamente archivado y actualizado, cumpliendo con las normas de bioseguridad, seguridad y manejo adecuado de desechos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Atender al paciente que acude al servicio médico de la empresa en busca de información, atención médica o urgencias, aplicando los procedimientos de enfermería correctos para garantizar la atención en todos los turnos
  • Mantener y conservar en buen estado las instalaciones, documentos y archivos del Servicio Médico de la Empresa, llevando a cabo la desinfección, asepsia del mobiliario, esterilización de equipos y archivo de documentos para garantizar las condiciones estándar en equipos, mobiliario y documentación que cumplan con las normas de bioseguridad, legales y de conservación del medio ambiente
  • Preparar e impartir charlas informativas, formativas y de capacitación dirigidas al personal, generando espacios interactivos teóricos y prácticos para crear una cultura de prevención de accidentes, enfermedades ocupacionales y generales que permita llevar a cabo las actividades previstas por el Servicio Médico de la empresa
  • Mantener el suministro de medicamentos y vacunas, organizados y almacenados adecuadamente para garantizar su correcta distribución y control
  • Cumplir con las directrices legales que regulan la salud, la seguridad en el trabajo y la protección del medio ambiente, realizando inspecciones sanitarias, informando de las condiciones deficientes y otras actividades establecidas por la empresa para garantizar un entorno de trabajo conforme a la ley
  • Cumplir con las actividades establecidas en el área, planificando y ejecutando según el calendario para contribuir a los indicadores de desarrollo y al cuadro de mando del sitio
  • Mantener el sotck de medicamentos y vacunas, organizado, almacenado adecuadamente para asegurar el correcto manejo y control de los mismos
  • Conocer y cumplir con los lineamientos que norman la salud y seguridad en el trabajo, calidad, y protección del medio ambiente, establecidos para la compañía

Requisitos:

  • Estudios: Profesionales graduados en carreras como Auxiliar de enfermería, Tecnología en emergencias médicas, Licenciatura en enfermería o afines
  • Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares
  • Conocimientos básicos: IESS Bioseguridad y manejo de desechos Equipos especiales, de oficina y laboratorio. Planes de emergencia y evacuación Cadena de frío y vacunas Atención a pacientes en emergen

  • Leads process and product risk management activities by identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and documenting risks. The engineer also supports the definition of specifications for legacy products and communicates risk status and KPIs to key stakeholders
  • Coordinates sample collection for design verification testing and ensure proper testing execution through Production and the QA Laboratory
  • The role maintains accurate and compliant quality documentation for IVS projects and supports Quality Management Review (QMR) requirements
  • The engineer provides backup support to QA team members when necessary and makes quality‑related decisions within the authorized training scope, ensuring continuity of quality operations across the site
