Realize IT Services Department Strategy to ensure alignment with AmRest strategic goals
Proactively looks for functional best practices and spreads knowledge, experience, findings
Implement and maintain Global network initiatives to be aligned with Global systems
Support IT Opening/Renovation of Restaurants, deliver IT components as a part of business initiatives and provide right IT resources for business project / initiatives
Assure that Systems Projects and Change Requests are delivered within assumed budget and according to Business Strategy and Cost-Benefits analysis
Assure and enable standardization around IT Processes (Incident, problem and change requests management/standards (including remote and on-site)
Manage IT Communication systems and platforms
Assure vendor, license, knowledge, configuration, assets management for all IT services
Manage SLAs for internal and external support
Assure IT security in the country, providing continuous analysis, implementation of audit recommendations and alignment with global security rules
