B.S degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
One to three years of experience in facilities/utilities maintenance
Ability to speak and present information effectively before plant groups meetings
Knowledge in how to read and interpret mechanical drawings and P&IDs
Experience with thermal systems and high‑voltage electrical infrastructure is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage for candidates
Fluently in English and Spanish languages

Responsabilidades

Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements associated with Building Maintenance, the electrical system, HVAC systems, and clean room operations
Supervising and managing the facility’s Cogeneration System, ensuring its reliable and efficient performance
Leading the site’s Lean Energy Program, driving initiatives to optimize energy use, reduce operational costs, and support sustainability objectives
Reviews and approves all documentation generated and verifies the accomplishment of them to the company policies
Executes projects, protocols, presentations and other assigned duties related to the area
Reviews changes in specifications (Certification Document Reviews-CDRs) and compliance with local SOP’s
Conducts investigations looking for root causes of non-conformances
Generate change controls and CAPA events
Fill out department reports such as calibration, study documents, particles, etc
Assists the supervisor in ln looking for improvements to optimize workload, efficiency, coordination and compliance to specifications and gap assessments

Responsabilidades

Provide a wide range of work to fully support the manufacturing processes and products in Aibonito. Implement, plan, and coordinate inter-departmental activities related to preventive maintenance, operations day to day support and process improvements. Responsible for budget management.
Participate in multifunctional projects to contribute with plant manufacturing strategies.
Use standard and advanced technical principles such as PFMEA, 5 Why’s, Fish Bone, DMAIC, to analyze and resolve process related issues.
Implementation, and validations of all capital projects (end-to-end) of the manufacturing areas, including capital expenditure request, quotations, expenses analysis and spending forecast.
Write and review User Requirements Specifications and Scope of Work documents for bidding purposes.
Support SAT, FAT, IQ, SQ, OP and PQ.
Support Manufacturing Departments in the selection and/or implementation of MIP Projects.
Supervise Engineers, and Engineering Technicians.
Plan, coordinate and execute equipment preventive maintenance. Provide documented evidence of requirements of mentioned activities such as Change Control, EMP, JSA, Work Permits etc.
Plan, coordinate and execute validation activities. Provide documented evidence of validated submissions, equipment, control systems and manufacturing processes.
