• You will conduct appropriate checks and tests and communicate evaluation of results
• Recommends solutions to problems
• Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions
• Meets schedule and quality requirements
• Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements
• Implements divisional and corporate policies and safety and good housekeeping practices
• Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with others outside of the work group
• Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment
• Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project. Has knowledge and ability to implement GMS principles.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or any related engineering field, or relevant experience
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within maintenance or manufacturing environments
• Intermediate level of English, with the ability to hold a technical conversation
• Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts (4x3 schedule)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Proven experience leading work teams
• Experience with CNC Machining, PLCs, and electrical system
• Knowledge of FANUC and Siemens CNC controls
• Strong teamwork skills
• Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Rockwell, and Siemens.

Understanding of robotic cell configurations, automation systems, and basic robot programming or handling.
