El Key Lead es responsable de que todos los clientes reciban una experiencia de calidad en la tienda. Lo hace actuando como supervisor de sala, brindando orientación y formación a los asociados de la marca, asegurándose de que las operaciones de tienda sean desarrolladas de forma efectiva. También forma parte del equipo de liderazgo de la tienda, siendo responsable de impulsar el rendimiento a través de la mejor experiencia al cliente y la consecución de objetivos diarios por parte de todo el equipo.
