The CSIS Sr Investigator is a seasoned professional role that applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow. This role involves investigating wrongdoing against the firm, conducting professional investigations to identify fraud, recover assets, identify control failures, and support prosecutions when appropriate.

Responsabilidades:

  • Conduct professional and independent investigations to identify fraud, recover lost or stolen assets, identify underlying control failures and root causes
  • Coordinate and investigate high level fraud matters and/or network security incidents
  • Utilize sophisticated expertise in investigative interviewing, fraud identification, loss prevention, network security, cyber enabled fraud
  • Manage and work investigative cases referred from internal and external sources utilizing technology and tools
  • Provide timely investigative results and formulated case decisions
  • Gather, research and analyze facts relevant to an investigative case
  • Ensure proper adherence to investigative standards, case aging protocols and report writing
  • Interact with law enforcement and other outside entities regarding loss recovery
  • Brief others on ongoing investigations/investigative projects
  • Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation

Requisitos:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Ability to conduct investigative interviews and recording techniques
  • Experience investigating case(s) that have impact to the firm
  • Understanding of forensic and eDiscovery processes and procedures
  • Experience representing/testifying in criminal and civil court matters
  • Demonstrated report writing skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, frauds and trends
  • Previous US Intelligence, military, law enforcement, law firm or government service background
  • Professional certifications (CPA, CAMS, CFE and CFF)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility to work on call off hours/weekends during critical project phases
  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 años de Experiencia en entrevistas para casos de investigación complejas
  • Experiencia en análisis de riesgo
  • Capacidad de síntesis tanto oral como escrita
  • Ingles avanzado (oral y escrito) COMPROBABLE
  • Orientación a resultados
  • Administración de tiempo
  • Comunicación acertiva con diferentes niveles de la organización
  • Habilidad de organización de tiempos para atender las tareas asignadas
  • Capacidad de análisis para el desarrollo del plan de investigación

  • Carrera terminada con titulo (COMPROBABLE)
