El Handling Manager es responsable de supervisar todos los servicios de handling en la planta de San Pablo, asegurando operaciones seguras, eficientes y conformes. Este rol implica gestionar una amplia variedad de actividades, incluyendo el handling de aeronaves y medios industriales, gestionar el desempeño contractual del Operador de Handling (OH) y coordinar con diversos departamentos para cumplir con las prioridades de producción. El Handling Manager supervisará los servicios de handling para los siguientes programas y series de aeronaves: Serie A400M (incluyendo A400M FTC, MRO y Retrofit); Serie LTA (incluyendo LTA MRO y LTA EDV); Operaciones de la Estación Beluga (Beluga Line Station); Handling de medios industriales pesados y CA

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestión Presupuestaria: Gestionar el presupuesto de handling por programa, de un volumen anual total aproximado de 4M€
  • Controlar el desempeño presupuestario e implementar medidas de ahorro de costos cuando sea necesario
  • Supervisión Operativa: Supervisar las operaciones de handling para asegurar que se realicen de manera segura y de acuerdo con la planificación operativa y las prioridades
  • Coordinar la planificación diaria con el Operador de Handling (OH) para alinearse con las prioridades de producción
  • Resolución de Incidentes: Colaborar en la resolución de incidentes analizando las causas raíz con el Operador de Handling, y gestionar las reclamaciones al mismo cuando sea necesario
  • Realizar seguimiento de la efectividad de las acciones correctivas para prevenir la recurrencia
  • Cumplimiento y Seguridad: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos y procedimientos de Airbus en la actividad del OH y otros equipos involucrados en las operaciones de handling
  • Hacer cumplir estrictos protocolos de seguridad para prevenir accidentes y lesiones
  • Mejora de Procesos: Proponer mejoras a los procesos establecidos para mejorar la seguridad, eficiencia y ahorro de costes
  • Implementar iniciativas de mejora continua para optimizar las operaciones de handling
  • Integración del Equipo: Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo de Mantenimiento Industrial y Servicios de San Pablo, que brinda apoyo a los programas A400M y LTA en áreas como Handling, Organización Industrial, Mantenimiento Industrial, Herramientas, Combustible, Vestuario Laboral, etc
  • Representar al departamento de Mantenimiento Industrial y Servicios en una área de producción, asistiendo semanalmente a los paneles SQCDP y otras reuniones de gobernanza interna
  • Fomentar la colaboración y comunicación entre diferentes equipos para asegurar operaciones fluidas

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o campo relacionado
  • Experiencia comprobada en la gestión de subcontratistas
  • Experiencia comprobada en handling de materiales, logística o un rol similar, preferiblemente en un entorno aeroespacial o de manufactura
  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos
  • Conocimiento de regulaciones de seguridad y mejores prácticas en handling
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y gestionar múltiples tareas de manera efectiva
  • Experiencia con Lean Six Sigma u otras metodologías de mejora continua
