Gerente de Ventas Senior

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in Luxury hotel and resort sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of luxury hotel market segments, including leisure, corporate, MICE, high-end travel agencies, and consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Signature)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and pricing strategies
• Expertise in contract negotiation, account management, and pipeline development
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring a sales team
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, revenue, and operations teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of luxury service standards and brand representation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce)
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
• Flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as business demands
