Designs, executes strategies and action plans to reinforce the control environment in branches that favor the reduction of Operational Risk. Supervision and control of branch operation ensuring its proper functioning, optimizing resources, ensuring that Sales and Service Advisors have efficient cash flow, and improving the overall customer service experience with the branch.

Responsabilidades:

  • Design and execute strategies and action plans to strengthen the control environment in branches
  • Supervise and control branch operations ensuring proper functioning
  • Optimize resources
  • Ensure Sales and Service Advisors have efficient cash flow
  • Improve overall customer service experience
  • Administration of window values through vault user
  • Responsible for recording and tracking unproductive concepts initiated to the branch
  • Reduction of monetary loss exposure by ensuring adequate cash levels
  • Delivery of checkbooks, debit cards and credit cards to customers
  • Evaluate adherence to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Supervise proper handling of monetary values
  • Supervision of various types of audits (vault, ATM, Cash Deposit Machine)
  • Supervision and control of account files
  • Control of inventory of access keys, instant credit cards and SIAM platform
  • Lead remediation of customer files
  • Provide advice, guidance and resolve employee concerns in operational and control matters
  • Supervision of compliance with regulatory and mandatory courses
  • Ensure optimal branch operation
  • Ensure implementation of strategies and action plans to reduce Sales Quality cases and early product cancellation

Requisitos:

  • Advanced knowledge in economic-administrative area
  • Advanced knowledge of circulars and IT's
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative activities
  • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations
  • 2 years of experience
  • Knowledge of existing regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in PSSW ventanilla
  • Proficiency in PSSW plataforma
  • Proficiency in ATM's
  • Proficiency in Cash Deposit Machine (CDMs)
