Descripción del trabajo:

Liderar la estrategia, operación y ejecución de todos los puntos de venta de Alimentos y Bebidas del hotel (restaurantes, bares, banquetes, room service y minibares), garantizando experiencias gastronómicas únicas, rentabilidad sostenida y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y servicio de la marca Mondrian. Promueve una cultura de hospitalidad auténtica, innovación y bienestar, desarrollando equipos altamente comprometidos y alineados con la identidad lifestyle del hotel.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la estrategia, operación y ejecución de todos los puntos de venta de Alimentos y Bebidas del hotel (restaurantes, bares, banquetes, room service y minibares), garantizando experiencias gastronómicas únicas, rentabilidad sostenida y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y servicio de la marca Mondrian
  • Desarrollar la visión operativa y estratégica del departamento, alineada a los objetivos del hotel y del grupo Ennismore/Accor
  • Supervisar la operación diaria de los puntos de venta (restaurantes, bares, room service, banquetes, minibares)
  • Elaborar y controlar presupuestos anuales, proyecciones mensuales y análisis de rentabilidad
  • Implementar junto con el Director de People & Culture planes de desarrollo, capacitación y mentoría para fortalecer las competencias del equipo
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad alimentaria (COFEPRIS, Distintivo H)
  • Colaborar con Comunicación y Ventas en estrategias de promoción gastronómica y posicionamiento del hotel
  • Impulsar prácticas sostenibles en el consumo, uso de productos locales y reducción de desperdicios

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Administración Hotelera, Turismo, Gastronomía o carrera afín
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones gerenciales dentro del área F&B en hoteles de lujo o lifestyle
  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
  • Conocimientos sólidos en gestión de costos, planificación operativa, liderazgo de equipos, maridaje y mixología
  • Manejo de sistemas Opera, Micros, Birchstreet, y herramientas de análisis financiero

  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures and utilizing cleaning to adhere to health and safety standards
