Float Pool Manager, Primary Care Float Pool

Baptist Hospital is hiring a Float Pool Manager for Baptist Primary Care located in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday through Friday. As the Float Pool Manager, you will serve as first line leadership for clinical and front desk team members working in flex pool supporting BPE practices. The manager is responsible for hiring, onboarding, scheduling and performance planning for the flex team members. The manager works collaborative with Baptist Health departments in hiring and onboarding team members and works collaboratively with the BPE practices in sourcing temporary staff to cover vacancies in the practice.
