The Field Sales Team Lead is an entry level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.   • Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members
  • Service existing accounts and establish new accounts at designated location or assigned geographical coverage area in order to increase revenue for the bank
  • Proactively approach Citi clients to establish real needs, understand the client and their requirements, and interest them in Citi’s products
  • Provide advice and product information to Citi clients as appropriate, outlining features and benefits
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to sell other products
  • Achieve or exceed decided sales targets
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
  • Seguimiento a cobertura, Eficiencia Operativa, IPC, Ingreso de solicitudes, Cuentas Nuevas, ICO / PIMPO
  • Amplio conocimiento del SCORE CARD propio y de sus colaboradores
  • Enfoque a supervisión de PDV low performers para impulsar la mejora de indicadores a través del abordaje
  • Revisión semanal para analizar avances de los objetivos en equipo (Zoom para PDV foráneos)
  • Identificar y gestionar áreas de oportunidad a través de Qualtrics (Experiencia del Cliente)
  • Gestión integral de insumos de los asesores (uniforme, token, claves de acceso, impresora, hojas, etc.)
  • Analizar e identificar a tiempo el desempeño de los nuevos talentos para definir su contrato (no renovación o indefinido)
  • Aplicación de herramientas para la mejora del desempeño de los Asesores (ROD /PIP), considerando asistencia y puntualidad
  • Visita y gestión integral de la zona asignada, llevando el control de los procesos y las estrategias
  • Agendar reuniones semanales con Gerentes de Tienda, desarrollando e implementando estrategias apoyados en presentaciones ejecutivas de resultados
  • Acompañamiento, coaching y retroalimentación a Asesores para el logro de sus metas y del PDV
  • Conocimiento y constante actualización en los productos y servicios que ofrece el banco a través del Canal de Socios Comerciales
  • Replicar prácticas de asesores de alto desempeño para impulsar el cobro del incentivo trimestral, atendiendo cobertura y rotación
  • Estricto apego a políticas y lineamientos de la Institución y de los Socios Comerciales
  • Lograr inspirar e influir en sus asesores y colegas distritales para el logro de los objetivos del canal
  • Visitar todos sus PDV y enfoque en los que requieran acompañamiento
  • Capacitación integral a su equipo
  • Comunicación efectiva

Requisitos:

  • Previous relevant experience preferred
