Responsible for strengthening Coloplast’s employer brand and ensuring a consistent, positive employee experience through effective internal communications, strategic talent initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

Responsabilidades

Build and maintain partnerships with government entities, educational institutions, and private organizations to ensure a continuous flow of qualified talent
Coordinate with agencies and vendors to design and execute external campaigns that position Coloplast as an attractive employer
Manage corporate social media content focused on reputation and talent attraction
Map, participate in, and organize job fairs, open houses, and recruitment events
Design and implement internal communication strategies to ensure clear, consistent messaging aligned with the organizational culture
Develop and distribute newsletters, announcements, internal videos, leadership messages, and content for internal platforms
Map and optimize the full Employee Journey, implementing initiatives that strengthen employee experience and the Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Plan, coordinate, and execute internal engagement activities, including cultural celebrations, integration events, and corporate milestones

Requisitos

Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, or related field
2–4 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, event management, or related areas
Knowledge of talent attraction strategies and corporate social media management
Skills in writing, basic design, and content creation
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English Level Minimum B2
MS Office Basic Knowledge

English level B2
