MBA or similar is an asset (not mandatory)
Business, Marketing or Scientific (Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Biochemistry or similar) University Degree
Over 4 years of experience in Marketing or a mix in Marketing and Sales
Previous experience as a people’s manager
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (excel, powerpoint, word, others)
English: Intermediate/Advanced/Fluent (minimum B2 in the international)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work well with diverse groups of people
Analytical skills
Inspiring leadership and ability to develop high performance teams

Responsabilidades

Definition of the marketing strategy, present and future, based on Werfen's global strategy and the local needs and objectives
To work close to the Business Unit Managers (BUM) participating in the definition and monitoring the implementation of the strategy of each of the business units (BU)
To monitor and to guide regarding some tactics in order to guarantee a healthy margin for each BU, in line with (or above) the budget
To participate, together with the BUMs, Sales team, in the pricing strategy and product positioning
Continuous analysis of the competitive environment and customer trends
To prepare and monitor the annual marketing budget, taking into account the company's needs and strategic objectives, for example, deciding which events we should participate, support or sponsor
To manage the Marketing team, ensuring the motivation, efficiency, commitment and professionalism of all the team members
To work closely with the sales team, helping them to achieve commercial goals, providing the appropriate tools and materials and following up on meetings with direct customers and distributors
To have a strong network and interaction with the worldwide strategic business units (SBUs) of Werfen, sharing with them the main goals, the trends and the needs of the Colombian market
As a member of the brazilian Management team, to participate in meetings, analysis and decisions, taking into account the best for the company, its employees and customers

Must possess a Type 4 - EPA Universal Certification
