El líder del departamento es responsable de los resultados operativos totales de típicamente tres o más líneas de producción/conversión (seguridad, calidad, costo, entrega y moral - SQCDM).

Responsabilidades

  • Asegurar y gestionar el cumplimiento adecuado del proceso productivo o de mantenimiento a cargo con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de gestión a través del seguimiento constante de las actividades, garantizando los recursos físicos, humanos en el proceso sin causar mayor impacto ambiental
  • Responsable del desarrollo de la capacidad organizativa para obtener los resultados esperados y proporcionar liderazgo, establecer la dirección y capacitar a su departamento
  • Responsable de la aplicación (y desarrollo, si es necesario) de sistemas y estándares (instrucciones de trabajo, procedimientos de seguridad, calidad, mantenimiento, buenas prácticas de excelencia en la fabricación, etc.)
  • Responsable del cumplimiento del plan de mantenimiento (incluido el coste)
  • Utiliza parámetros de referencia internos y externos para impulsar la mejora del rendimiento
  • Contribuye al logro de la Necesidad Empresarial Apremiante de la planta y la comunica al departamento
  • Desarrolla los objetivos del departamento alineados con las necesidades de la planta y la unidad, y los transmite a los equipos
  • Garantiza que el departamento entregue las órdenes de producción requeridas según las especificaciones, a tiempo y dentro del coste
  • Garantiza que el departamento trabaje según los estándares (seguridad, calidad, establecimiento de la dirección diaria (DDS), etc.)
  • Responsable del presupuesto operativo del departamento
  • Identifica las necesidades de inversión en capital (CAPEX) para respaldar los planes a medio plazo
  • Es un modelo a seguir y responsable de la gestión del desempeño y las consecuencias, el entrenamiento y la educación dentro de su departamento

Requisitos

  • Educación: Ingeniero Industrial, Electromecánico, Eléctrico, Mecánico, En Procesos, Químico, Mecatrónico
  • Experiencia: entre 3 a 5 años, liderando líneas de producción y gestión de personal
  • Conocimiento de TPM
