En el área de Product Management del departamento de Tecnología, necesitamos incorporar a un Delivery Lead para un importante cliente del sector Retail. Este área es clave ahora mismo en la empresa para poder llevar a cabo objetivos de sostenibilidad e inclusión. La posición de Delivery Lead implica liderar un equipo aproximadamente de cuatro personas, formado por business analyst, arquitecto, desarrollador y quality assurance.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsable de la entrega de los productos y de su ciclo de vida
  • Liderazgo y seguimiento del equipo de ejecución
  • Interlocución con negocio, para asegurar que los productos van de la mano con sus necesidades
  • Cumplimiento con la metodología de ejecución de proyectos de LMES y del grupo Adeo. Trabajamos en Agile, con planificaciones trimestrales

Requisitos:

  • A ser posible con experiencia en proyectos del ámbito de RRHH
  • Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito
  • Experiencia demostrable en Metodologías Agile
  • Certificación Scrum Master, PMI ACP o similar
  • Experiencia en herramientas ágiles: Jira, Confluence
  • Conocimientos técnicos en integración
  • Habilidades de comunicación y gestión
  • Capacidad de análisis, trabajo en equipo, creatividad e interlocución con las áreas funcionales de la empresa
  • Capacidad de comunicación con proveedores de soluciones e infraestructuras
  • Orientación al cliente y orientación a resultados
