Buscamos un/a Customer Experience Specialist que actúe como representante end to end de la operación de Unilever frente a nuestros clientes, siendo el nexo entre la operación del negocio y cada cliente. Su objetivo principal será asegurar niveles óptimos de servicio, impulsar eficiencias logísticas y promover la mejora continua.

Responsabilidades:

  • Ser owner de la operación E2E frente al cliente, definiendo estrategias específicas para mejorar el nivel de servicio
  • Actuar como nexo de integración entre Supply Chain, Ventas, Categorías y otras áreas internas, representando la voz del cliente dentro de la organización
  • Brindar visibilidad del proceso de supply chain end to end, identificando oportunidades de mejora
  • Liderar y coordinar reuniones con clientes y stakeholders internos, asegurando una comunicación clara, proactiva y orientada a resultados
  • Desarrollar relaciones de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos, fomentando el trabajo colaborativo
  • Monitorear y analizar KPIs críticos (OSA, Fill Rate, entre otros), garantizando su cumplimiento y evolución
  • Detectar desvíos, analizar causas raíz y generar planes de acción ante pérdidas o ineficiencias
  • Priorizar tareas y decisiones utilizando información proveniente de reportes internos y externos
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos logísticos del cliente y de Unilever
  • Liderar y participar en proyectos de eficiencia logística, impulsando soluciones basadas en datos

Requisitos:

  • Estudiantes avanzados o graduados recientes de Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o carreras afines
  • Inglés intermedio
  • Excel avanzado (excluyente)
  • Power BI (deseable)
  • Fuerte pensamiento analítico
  • Foco en el cliente y orientación a resultados
  • Autonomía, proactividad e iniciativa propia
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y adaptación al cambio
  • Habilidades de comunicación y negociación

  • Analyze gaming patterns, preferences, and historical data to optimize personalized offers
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Payments, and Support teams to ensure service consistency and excellence
  • Coordinate unique experiences, including exclusive tournaments, gifts, trips, and special access
  • Measure VIP portfolio performance, churn, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and propose data-driven improvements
  • Coordination with Customer Service, Risk, and CRM teams, ensuring a smooth, efficient VIP operation aligned with local regulations
