We are looking for a Cloud Service Manager for our Cloud Team. Responsible for overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of cloud services across the organization. He/she will act as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers to ensure that cloud services meet agreed-upon SLAs, compliance standards, and business needs. The mission is to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in cloud service management.

Responsabilidades:

Overseeing the delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of cloud services across the organization
Acting as the bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers
Ensuring cloud services meet agreed-upon SLAs, compliance standards, and business needs
Driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in cloud service management

Requisitos:

Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management
Proven experience managing cloud services in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of cloud operations, SLAs, and service lifecycle management
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Used to follow up and coordinate operation tasks
Deep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud governance and Service delivery manager (BAU/Run)
Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting
Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud financial management (FinOps)
Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Deseable:

ITIL v4 certification
PMP certification
FinOps Certified Practitioner
Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies
Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Knowledge of contract and vendor management
