La principal misión del equipo de Clinical Sales en Medline es promocionar y ofrecer asesoramiento técnico sobre los productos Medline, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el departamento comercial, las distintas divisiones, marketing y atención al cliente para impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas y fortalecer la fidelización de los clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Proporcionar soporte clínico durante las pruebas de productos (principalmente en el área quirúrgica) y analizar la competitividad y las tendencias del mercado según su evolución
  • Demostrar los beneficios (clínicos, económicos, etc.) de los productos Medline a los clientes mediante presentaciones, pruebas de producto, etc., basándose en la creación, renovación o crecimiento de los pedidos
  • Aumentar la visibilidad de los productos Medline en el mercado a través de acciones de marketing y mantenerse actualizado en el sector mediante formaciones, congresos y ferias, con el fin de anticipar oportunidades y amenazas futuras. Compartir este conocimiento con el equipo
  • Coordinar los productos disponibles, promover la formación continua y realizar seguimiento para incrementar las ventas de Medline
  • Coordinar, como parte del equipo asignado, el soporte clínico y de campo en cada caso
  • Desarrollar una comprensión profunda del entorno clínico y normativo de Medline para anticipar los factores que influyen en las decisiones de compra de los clientes
  • Realizar otras funciones necesarias para garantizar que se cumplen las expectativas y solicitudes de los clientes
  • Cualquier otra actividad relacionada con el puesto solicitada por el supervisor inmediato

Requisitos:

  • Grado en Enfermería
  • Experiencia de 2–3 años en quirófano
  • Perfil comercial orientado al cliente
  • Perfil administrativo con manejo habitual de herramientas Office
  • Capacidad de comunicación, adaptación al cambio y orientación a objetivos
  • Disponibilidad para viajar más del 60% del tiempo dentro de España
  • Carné de conducir
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e influencia
  • Nivel fluido de inglés y del idioma local

  • Mount dies, tune and start the extrusion machine to produce tubes ensuring that the automatic controllers regulating the process correspond to the predetermined parameters
  • Perform tests to verify speeds, wall thickness, texture and inner diameter of the tube using manual measuring instruments or computerized electronic equipment (On Line Control, Laser mike)
  • Perform water chlorination tests for tube cooling to determine quality and chlorine content in parts per million
  • Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance work such as cleaning, greasing and lubricating the machine
  • Adjust or replace simple parts to keep machinery in optimal working condition
  • Pack produced tubes covering them with plastic and placing them in boxes
  • Inspect and document material according to plant procedures
  • Feed the machine with the necessary mixture for production and reprocess scrap and mix with virgin material (if applicable)
  • Observe automatic controllers to ensure the process occurs within established and/or validated parameters, perform general maintenance work and make necessary minor mechanical adjustments
  • Fill documentation on machine operational parameters including size of dies used and verify they correspond to established specifications for each tube code
